The 21st Ministerial Meeting of the Horn of Africa Initiative (HoAI) convened in Nairobi, Kenya, on 28 May 2024.

Finance Ministers from Djibouti, Ethiopia, Kenya, Somalia, and South Sudan reaffirmed their commitment to regional development and discussed progress on key initiatives, including the performance of the HoAI portfolio and implementation of the Borderlands roadmap.
