After Djibouti, Ethiopia, and South Sudan, also the Federal Republic of Somalia designated its national members to the Horn of Africa Initiative (HoAI) Regional Task Force for Trade Facilitation. Once Kenya will complete the designation of its members, this body will begin the work of consolidating the measures identified in the HoAI Trade Facilitation Roadmap 2022-2025 into a series of regional programmes that will be submitted to the African Development Bank, European Union, and World Bank, to mobilize the financial and technical assistance needed for their launch and implementation.
